NHS Staff Survey 2023

We want Wye Valley NHS Trust to be a workplace in which staff have a healthy work/life balance, are safe and respected, and feel fulfilled.

Every year, we are invited to take part in the NHS Staff Survey which offers a snapshot in time of how people working for the NHS experience their working lives.

It is one of the largest workforce surveys in the world and has been conducted across the NHS since 2003. 

The survey questionnaire is aligned with the NHS People Promise. 

The NHS People Promise is:

• We are safe and healthy
• We are always learning
• We work flexibly
• We are a team

Our staff's views are incredibly important to us. By completing the survey, we can better understand how our staff feel about Wye Valley NHS Trust which will help shape the way we work and we can make improvements that will benefit everyone. Staff can tell us how they feel and the results are given back to us completely anonymised.
