Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign (QSIR)
This programme will give you an overview of quality and service improvement and support you to participate in improvement projects. You will leave the programme with an understanding of improvement methodology that you can use within your own area or with your team. Whilst this course is not accredited, it will provide you with the foundations needed to get started on personal service redesign and will give you a suitable introduction if you wish to get a feel for QSIR before signing up for either of our other programmes.
The course will be delivered face to face as well as online.
