Information Hub and signposting for patients, carers and visitors – we’re here to help

Our Information Hub and signposting service is available for patients, carers and visitors, which is located at Hereford County Hospital, opposite main reception and open as follows.  All of the days below are excluding Bank Holidays and opening times are subject to change, so please call ahead on 01432 355444 ext 5519 to check opening times if you are making a special journey.

Please come along on the following days/times. 

• Monday, from 10am until 4pm 
• Tuesday, from 10am until 1pm

The Information Hub is run jointly with WVT trained volunteers and patient advice and liaison staff, in partnership with Talk Community.  Our friendly team is on hand at the Hub providing wellbeing information and signposting people to services, groups, and events across the county. 

We can  email or print a bespoke leaflet for you with the relevant information and contact details. This includes information about veteran support, financial support, heating your home. housing options, keeping well, staying healthy, looking after someone, children and families, keeping safe, support and care, and much more.  We can also help with signposting patients and carers to services to help support patients who are being discharged from hospital and their carer’s, such as financial support or someone to help look after their pet temporarily.

We’re also planning regular events at the hub with visits from organisations such as CarerLinks and other voluntary sector support organisations.
