- Age UK: a local charity supporting older people, their families and carers.
- Carers support: Supporting carers to think about their own needs and plan action for change.
- Halo: Herefordshire leisure centre and swimming pool information.
- Headway: Charity site: provides information and support for people of all ages affected by Brain Injury including Stroke.
- Memory support: Memory Cafés are a comfortable, social gathering that allow people experiencing memory loss and a loved one to connect, socialise, make new friends, and build support networks.
- Singing for the brain: Alzheimer’s society can offer information and support including local groups.
- Stroke Association
- Technology support: Ability Net empowers disabled and older people to use technology at home, at work and in education.
- Vision links: a local charity dedicated to helping those with visual impairments.
