Mindfulness Tracks
Below are the tracks practiced during the mindfulness course. Please, left-click with your mouse to open & play, or right-click to download & save, if you wish to transfer tracks to a personal/portable player. (You may find it easiest to download the tracks via the 'all tracks' links).
Weekly Sessions:
- Short Meditation (8 minutes)
- Breathing Anchor (10 mins)
- Short Body Scan (12 mins)
- Longer Body Scan (16 mins)
- Breathing Space (4 mins)
All Day Session:
- Mountain Meditation (12 mins)
- Meditation on the Breath (11 mins)
- Lake Meditation (9 mins)
- Spacious Meditation (11 mins)
- Exploring Difficulty (10 mins)
- Befriending (10 mins)
- Treasure of Pleasure Meditation (11 mins)
Warnings
- Do not listen to any of these tracks while driving, or doing similar activities that require concentration
