We have created this video to help inform patients about the Macmillan Renton Unit (MRU) team who are here to support you through your treatments with us.

Parking and transport

There is a site map available on the Trust’s website which shows the location of the Macmillan Renton Unit (MRU) and car parking.

Please be aware that there are only limited parking spaces in the MRU car park and these are reserved for patients who are receiving treatment and are driving themselves. There is a drop-off point for other patients.

Hospital transport 

Oncology and haematology patients who are having treatment may be eligible for hospital transport, should they require it.  Please ensure you have your GP details and NHS number when calling, that you phone to cancel your transport and re-book if your appointment changes.
