Urology surgery

All urology surgery is carried out in specialist urology theatres. You will be seen by a urologist prior to your operation date to discuss the procedure. You then may need additional investigations such as scans and blood tests. After this you will be added to the waiting list and a pre-operative appointment will be requested. You will not usually get a date for your operation until you have been seen in the pre-operative assessment clinic. Any concerns or questions regarding this please call one of the urology secretaries.

If you have any questions regarding your surgery please call the urology clinical nurse specialist team.  BAUS surgical procedures and information leaflets
